Busphoto Club Registration & Usage Guidelines
1. Registration Rules
Create one account only. Multiple accounts lead to permanent bans.
Complete at least one action within 30 days of registration: comment, upload a photo, or submit a database correction. Inactivity = automatic deactivation.
Use a valid email address. Account details (Login, IP, Device ID) are private but accessible to admins.
2. Photo Upload Standards
Size Requirements: Minimum 1200x800px (ideal: 1400x930px), max 800KB. Historical exceptions: 800x500px+ for rare vehicles.
No watermarks, logos, or political symbols. Heavily edited, blurry, small photos are not for here.
Photos must focus on buses/coaches. Infrastructure allowed only in designated galleries.
3. Community Conduct
No hate speech, discrimination, spam, or political debates.
Criticizing photography style/equipment is banned. Focus on buses, not gear!
Use English or Russian for public communication. Local languages require translation.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain photo ownership but grant Busphoto Club a non-exclusive license for non-commercial use (social media previews, partner sites).
Request photo removal if licensing terms change (e.g., commercial use).
5. Database Rules
Every new database entry requires a photo. No photo = no entry.
Submit corrections via the fleetlist change form. Aggressive complaints (e.g., "database is a mess") lead to restrictions.
6. Account Management
Violations reduce your trust score. Repeated issues lead to restrictions or bans.
Warnings expire over time but are permanently recorded. Appeals for bans are not allowed.

Use the Support Request System for reporting technical issues, complaints or account changes.
