All might be, as even on this photo in 2014 it looks very tired.
According to Irish transport enthusiast FB group, this was last observed mid 2017 with Fairbrothers, and no news since then. In the same time, it could be easily exported somewhere to Ukraine and used as caffe. I would say - Brown is good so far, as we have no clue at all
