Found their Depot in around 15 minute drive from my location, while took bus to the city. Very interesting location to be honest. Looks like owner keeps them in the back garden of semi detached house 
As soon as will get car, will try to contact them and visit for pictures.
There are at least 2-3 Irizars near the fence every time I pass.
